Shift Manager responsibilities

  • Encouraging and inspiring your team to achieve new levels of success
  • Managing your team to high performance through training and development
  • Impacting overall performance of the restaurant KPI's ie. food and labour costs
  • Outstanding customer service while inspiring your team to have the same passion
  • Being responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplace

 

Shift Manager requirements

  • QSR experience in a high-volume situation including Drive Thru in a New Zealand setting
  • Flexibility and availability of working hours are essential across days, late evenings, and weekends
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexibility in working hours – this includes early morning starts and late-night finishes
  • Sound communication skills and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable transportation
